Sun Room - 3 hours

Service Description

Main level meeting room. $50/hr. 2-hour minimum. RULES WITH SUN ROOM: Outside food/drinks are allowed. Alcohol is not allowed. All furniture can be rearranged as tenants see fit but must be put back in its original place when finished with the room. The existing furniture cannot be removed from the Sun Room to create more space within the room. Any decorating must be done with temporary adhesives like scotch tape. While decorating is allowed it must be removed when booking is over. Current North Town posters that are up MUST stay up and not be taken down. Outside food and drinks are allowed in the Sun Room, but alcohol is allowed. The main glass double door entry must be closed at all times. The doors cannot be propped open. It is a health code violation to leave the main entry doors open. Fans and the adjusting of the heat/AC can be used, simply ask the barista for help. Do not adjust AC/Heat on your own, please ask a barista to help you with adjustments if needed. No stand-alone music systems are to be used. Anything like a DJ, radio, or speaker music system is not allowed in the space.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may not be cancelled by the group or individual making the reservation if for some reason they are unable to use the room. Please make sure that your scheduled time will work before you make a reservation. Rescheduling reservations is permitted for a $15.00 administrative fee per booked day. Please make those requests to the contact info of this website. North Town does reserve the right to cancel reservations and refund prepaid fees if unintended or unforeseen events make the room unavailable to use. Reservations are not made until payment is received in advance. We do not hold rooms awaiting payment. Outside drinks are not allowed nor are alcoholic beverages permitted on the premises. No illegal actions nor actions deemed inappropriate for public spaces are allowed. Please be sensitive to noise levels as there are other rooms around you. Business use is permitted but those using the space are responsible for taxes and licenses. Smoking is not permitted within the premises or within 25 feet of an entryway from the outside per Washington state law. Vaping is also not permitted on the premises. Service animals are allowed but all other pets and animals are prohibited. If your meeting or event goes longer and there is nobody else coming in we will be glad to extend your reservation for additional time at the appropriate rate. North Town does reserve the right to cancel reservations and refund prepaid fees if unintended or unforeseen events make the room unavailable to use.
